• Multimodal freight by sea, air and road, for imports and exports, from full loads to small air shipments
• Customs documents, packing specifications and compliance with each country’s rules
• Negotiating with carriers and providers to keep costs down for the company and its clients
• Coordinating supply chains across the EU and around the world through his own network of partners and agents
• Storage, warehousing and final delivery to the end customer
• Setting up and running logistics companies and 3PL hubs, from hiring and training staff to financial results

He works closely with producers, buyers and vendors, and handles the shipment between seller and buyer in one hand.
